Do you accept customs?

Sometimes! This depends on a few factors such as demand and time required. I always love to hear your ideas, so please email me at ainsley@highwayspells.com with your detailed desires, including stone type and size.

Can i send you a personal stone to use in a custom?

Short answer: no. The only way I will accept a personal stone is if you are able to prove it was purchased from a reputable seller. Reason being: the stones that I use in my jewelry are cabochon stones - meaning they have a flat back. Sometimes a stone may appear to have a flat back, but is slightly off-balance. For these reasons, I only use stones that I source myself.

What metals do you use in your jewelry?

I use .925 silver, purchased from a reputable seller. Occasionally I will use brass, copper, or stainless steel; this will always be listed in the post.

What is your Shipping And return policy?

If your item has been lost or damaged in the mail, please email me immediately. All jewelry is shipped with insurance to ensure buyer and seller protection. I only accept returns within 5 days of the date it was delivered to you, and I do not accept returns on any custom item,

How should i care for my jewelry?

Treat your jewelry like wearable art - always take it off before you shower, workout, or engage in high impact activities. Keep in mind that every stone has a different hardness scale - some are softer than others - and some stones can dull if exposed to water.

can i get a ring re-sized?

I do not offer re-sizing for completed rings. If you feel drawn to a finished piece on my website, feel free to send me an email and we can discuss making a similar piece in your size, custom to you!
